KDS Cardiff are delighted to invite you to their annual KDS all grades course, overseen by Mark Hallam 5th Dan.

The theme for the course involves two kicks, Mawashi Geri (round house) and Kekomi (side thrust) kicks, and the stability and suppleness to deliver these.

All KDS members are invited, and we look forward to delivering a well-structured approach for all to this topic regardless of level, age or ability.

Saturday evenings social will be a meet for drinks at 7pm at Wetherspoons in The Mount Stuart, Landsea House.

The meal will be at 8pm at the “Buffet Tonight”, Red Dragon Centre.
