Oxford University KDS held the last course before the Pandemic lockdown and is proud to host the first course after the easing of the Pandemic.
We regret that due to the Pandemic, both the Government and the University restrictions, we are unable to welcome overseas members to this course. We will however hope to be able to do so soon.
For further information, contact Minh: email@example.com
Please note the Oxford course 10/11 July is on as planned. However as the lifting of the restrictions has been postponed, please note the following important changes:
The number of attendees will be limited to 20 (first come first serve).
So please let us know by Monday 28 June if you are planning to attend, as you may not be allowed to participate without registering beforehand.
The course will be led by the 5th Dans.
Social distancing will be observed and practice will involve Bo, Bokken and hand pad (to be used with the Bo practice).
Please bring them along with you as you are not expected to share them with anyone. Do let us know if you haven’t got any of them, and we will try to provide for you.
The Sports Centre is equipped with hand sanitizer, and you may want to bring your own hand gel, wipes, towel etc.
Changing rooms are open but the centre advises against use.
Masks are required to enter the facility but do not need to be worn during training. However you may do so if you want.
