This year is the 60th anniversary of when the UK KDS was officially formed by the late Mitsusuke Harada who passed away 5 years ago on the 26th February. He was a teacher, a guide, and an inspiration to so many around the world.
His legacy lives on not only in the techniques he refined, but in the spirit, humility, and philosophy he shared so generously throughout his life. For those of us fortunate enough to learn from his teachings, his influence remains present in every movement, every lesson, and every moment of practice.
On this 60th anniversary of the UK KDS we remember him with gratitude and respect. We honour the years he devoted to guiding others, and we continue our training with the intention of carrying his principles forward.
His path is still our path.
