The weekend class has moved to 15:30 on a Sunday.

For one week only on Wednesday 16th Jan only we'll be training at the alternative venue of The Oblong room at Woodhouse community centre. This is a five minute walk from Leeds University.

Our weekday evening practice has changed to Wednesdays, 19:30 - 20:45.

The Saturday class is now at a slightly later time of 14:30 - 16:00.

This October the Leeds University staff karate club will be running beginners classes during our Tuesday night sessions (20:00 - 21:15). 
 
The classes will give an introduction to the basic punching, kicking & blocking techniques and the concepts of timing, distance and relaxed body condition.
 
The classes are open to all Leeds University Staff  and post-graduate students.
